- Husband's application that an arbitral award should be made an order of the court. The wife was resisting the application on the basis that the arbitral award was vitiated by a mistake about the true value of the property in Portugal allocated to her. Alternatively, she said that events had occurred since the award which invalidated the finding made by the arbitrator as to the value of that property.
