    A word of warning. It would seem, at the moment anyway, that the MoJ website version of the Family Procedure Rules 2010 has yet to be updated with the latest amendments that came into force on 6 April 2012. Treat this version with a little caution until it has been updated. Meanwhile, local courts seem to have been pretty effective in spreading the message that things are a'changing. Don't forget to read Max Lewis's excellent piece on what the amendments mean for you here either!
